Pool Rules

- All Country Place Homeowner's Association members and their families will be allowed use of the pool, together with four (4) guests per family membership. Members must accompany guests and will be responsible for their guests’ actions while at the pool. Member should not loan their pool card under any circumstances.
- There will be no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool and its facilities will be at the risk of each member and their guests.
- Children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a responsible adult member.
- Recreational pool hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily during warm weather. Pool hours for exercise purposes may start as early as 6:00 a.m. Please see Pool Chairman for details.
- All swimmers must wear proper swim attire.
- No alcoholic beverages, drugs or any type of tobacco are allowed at the pool. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted in the pool area. Smoking is not allowed. Glass containers are not allowed.
- Please dispose of any trash when you exit the pool.
- The Iron Gate should remain closed except to enter and exit the pool. Swinging on the gate or attempting to climb over the gate is prohibited.
- No personal items should be left at the pool overnight. Such items will be put in the trash during the pool cleaning process. CPHA is not responsible for items left at the pool.
- Please help make sure the umbrellas are closed when you leave the pool. Summer winds and storms can easily break any umbrellas left open.
- No pets allowed in the pool area.
- If lightning, thunder or any other threatening weather is present or approaching, all persons should leave the pool area immediately and not return until the weather clears.
- Only two (2) pool cards per family will be issued. Any reported lost card will be deleted from the card reader. Lost cards may be replaced for $25. All cards will be deactivated if CPHA annual dues are not current.
- Violation of any pool rules may result in the suspension of pool privileges.
PARTY RULES and CONTRACT
- Swimming parties are limited to 25 guests and should be scheduled with the Pool Committee Chairperson, Carla Nelson, 601-260-9004. The telephone number is also posted at the pool. The cost for a party is $50, PLUS a cleaning deposit of $100, payable on or before the party date. Scheduling a party does not give you exclusive use of the pool. Other members and their guests will be allowed to use the pool. THERE IS A TWO HOUR TIME LIMIT FOR ALL PARTIES.
- Parking for party family is only allowed on the pool side of the street. Party guests MUST PARK in the overflow parking lot past the pool (see attached map) to allow access in the event of an emergency.
- After the pool party, all furniture must be placed back in its original position and trash must be taken with you. Extra bags will be provided to replace the ones you take with you. If the pool area is NOT returned to its original state, i.e. trash left, furniture not placed back in its original position or other disarray, your $100 deposit will not be returned.
- Violation of any pool rules may result in the suspension of pool privileges.
